Accessibility

What is web accessibility?

Web accessibility is the practice of making website content available to all users, particularly those with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. It includes making a website as accessible as possible regardless of browsing technology, such as for people with text-only web browsers and old browser versions.

Our commitment to web accessibility

We take our legal responsibilities towards disabled people very seriously and welcome enquires from individuals to make Apna Research's website easy to use whatever you disability.

We are committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible. To this end we are endeavouring to meet all AA accessibility checkpoints as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) [external website].

This website aims to adhere to the Guidelines endorsed by the Royal National Institute for the Blind.

We strive to obey the spirit of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and 2005 and Equality Act 2010, all as amended; with respect to the provision of services online, as required by the Disability Rights Commission.

We will continue to make improvements and make sure this website conforms to these guidelines.
